OK Financial Group and Woori Card conducted a trade.
The OK Financial Group Volleyball Team announced on the 26th that it has agreed to a one-for-one trade with Woori Card Volleyball Team in exchange for outside hitters Song Hee-chae (31) and Song Myung-geun (30).안전놀이터
Song Hee-chae was a founding member of the OK Financial Group Volleyball Team and played five seasons with the team from 2013-2014 to 2017-2018. With her steady receiving, defence and attacking skills, she helped OK Financial Group Volleyball win back-to-back championships in 2015 and 2016.
In the 2022-2023 season with Woori Card Volleyball, she played in 31 matches and 104 sets, ranking 10th in receiving with a receiving efficiency of 36.42%, and helped the team reach the postseason with her defensive and receiving strengths.
Another founding member of OK Financial Group Volleyball, Song Myung-geun played nine seasons with OK Financial Group Volleyball until the 2022-2023 season, where she was named MVP of the 2015 championship match. In the 2022-2023 season, after leaving the military, Song played in 17 matches and 53 sets, recording a 51.87 per cent attack success rate.
With this trade, OK Financial Group Volleyball and Woori Card Volleyball have filled a number of team needs. OK Financial Group Volleyball added stability to their team with the signing of the outside hitter. Woori Card Volleyball will be looking to upgrade their offence with the addition of Song Myung-geun.
