Liverpool have been held to a dramatic draw.

Liverpool drew 4-4 with Southampton in the final match of the 38th round of the 2022-23 English Premier League (EPL) at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton, England, at 0.30am on 29 September. The result sees Liverpool finish fifth in the table with 19 wins, 10 draws and nine losses (67 points).

Southampton turned the tables. In the third minute of the second half, Southampton broke forward and Sulaimana dribbled in from long range. From the penalty arc, he scored with a precise shot into the corner of the net.
